Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of online purchase. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive after shipping.


Free ground shipping on all orders within the United States.

Why was my order cancelled/backordered?

Occasionally items may be out of stock. We will inform you within 48 hours of purchase. In some circumstances, we can re-order the item and send it to you within a few weeks. If you choose this option, then we will notify you within a few days if we can get this item in. We will do our best to fill your original order.


Can I use my gift card online?

At this time we are only accepting gift cards in-store but your gift card does not expire.


All jewelry and sale items are final sale.


Returns/ Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase, you can exchange or return your item within 14 days of receiving the item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exchange or full credit return will be issued provided merchandise is in its original condition. Items must be damage-free, smoke-free, and with original tags intact. Please note that all jewelry and sale items are final sale. Footwear must be in its original box in its original condition. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately.
